My partner and I are in the process of purchasing one of the new Altamura houses by Conner Home. The sales associate, Channer, has been wonderful in allowing us the opportunity to tour the model homes multiple times—especially given that we live out of state, answer our endless questions in a quick manner, and is knowledgeable about the product itself. The homes are very well built and planned thoughtfully. So much so that the neighborhood has various house plans, facades and colors so they don’t all look identical. The homes are located in the Greenbridge development which is a very quiet oasis not far from downtown Seattle, the Sea-Tac airport and local businesses We are very excited and looking forward to our new home. I will have to write a review update once we have moved in and it’s all said and done.

Buyer beware!

I live across the street in one of the Conner Homes built in 2021. The other reviewer that mentioned cheap materials, cracks, and other various issues arising; I can confirm it is fairly accurate! I've put off writing this review on simple things that home owners can generally take care of themselves.

The last straw was however, was when our gas fire place broke recently. We paid for a technician to diagnose the issue, and he determined that Conner Homes installed the control unit improperly--placing it too close to the heat. The repair will cost over $2000. Ridiculous company.

Stay away from this company!

The quality of their homes are preposterous. I’ve been in mine for 3 years, every time I look, I see new cracks everywhere. Same for my neighbors.

Also, they used the cheapest materials on everything. For first time homeowners, by the time you realize some of these, the 1yr warranty on repairs is gone.

I bought mines during covid, I was tired of getting outbid and did an emotional buy with them (some of the issues I could’ve caught if I had used my head). Don’t do that. Again, stay away from this company, don’t be fooled by the fact that they are brand new homes, they are crap!

The service is even worse when you reach out to them.

We recently bought a new home from Conner Homes, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Channer and Jessica have been incredibly friendly and responsive, assisting us with everything from holding mailbox keys to sharing news about community events. We feel very fortunate to live here!

Super glad we decided to buy at Altamura. Less than half hour commute to downtown and UW make this locality an obvious choice. White center downtown is vibrant and alive. Several parks nearby. The area has a quiet, sub-urban feel. Best part is you can own a single family home without having to burn a hole in your pocket.
