Would highly recommend Altruist for your real estate needs! David Chinn helped us sell our home and saved us $5,700 with lower broker fees! He was great at communicating anything that needed done and made the process easy and hassle free! It was a pleasure doing business with him! He even donated toward charity of our choice at closing! David was great at helping me sell my uncle’s home and making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I don’t live in the same area as the house, and it was very helpful having someone local who could watch over it for me. He kept me updated and was available to answer any questions I had during the process. He also had great recommendations when I needed repairs done and contacted people for me. Having him to help me made the whole thing much less stressful, and I am very grateful for his hard work!

David and Cyndi Helped us sell our house and purchase my grandparents original home. They both go out of their way to make everything as simple as possible. They really do work 24/7. There were times we talked at 11pm or 5am. This team try’s to make things as simple as possible so you don’t stress nothing.
