My wife and I recently moved out of Alvin’s corner after buying a home. This was our favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in. Not only are the facilities clean, safe, and elegant, but the management (Sureni) and maintenance (Tom) are the best we’ve ever experienced. Their professionalism and responsiveness gave us incredible peace of mind. Their building itself was a dream, we lived in unit 403 which was a top floor, corner unit with no shared walls. It was the quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in, with a ton of great natural lighting and amazing views of the city and mountains. Highly recommend!

I loved living at Alvin’s corner! I lived here for 2 years and it was by far the best apartment experience I’ve had. The unit itself was beautiful and new, shared spaces were clean, and the surrounding area felt safe.

The building doesn’t have a lot of units, so it’s very quiet and maintenance can focus on requests. Management was always quick to respond as well! If I needed to rent an apartment in the South Bay again, I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

What a bad experience,
Current tenants are fully aware but if you are looking into "Alvin's corner at penny lane" apartment prior to leasing agreement read this!
Or I strongly recommend you to ask random residents there about the management and their experience.
I had a worst experience, any need of assistance from the leasing office is a nightmare.
Some people have solutions for every problem and make every impossible thing possible, the manager there named Sureni does exactly opposite, she tries her best to make every possible matter impossible, she does her best to dance around your request to make NO, and all she does is returning email with short answer after couple of days. I do not believe the upper management is aware of how the property is being managed.
Nice neighborhood, good location but unfortunately Not a friendly staff and management there.
I'm happy l'm out but watch out before signing a lease.

Very disappointing experience I had with Alvin's corner apartment, The management is terrible, unfriendly and very unprofessional.
Do some research and be careful before you sign a lease with this apartment, just a heads up, apartments look nice but management is very bad.
in my opinion, Alvin's corner made a big mistake choosing Woodmont property management manage this apartment. Sureni, the manager is one of the most unprofessional and unresponsive apartment manager l've ever met. She is rude.
Woodmont property management must charge pretty cheap fees, which that would explain all.
Great design and Good looking apartments unfortunately being handled by bad management.

This place is awesome. It's super clean, very quiet and the people in the building are extremely friendly. Not to mention - it's right across the street from the gym, near Safeway and right above delicious frozen yogurt!

And the move in process was seamless! The manager, Matt, is super helpful and always attends to any manners right away, which I have found can be super rare for a property manager. You definitely can't go wrong living there.

Beautiful place to live and rent. Apartments are spacious with great views of the Silicon Valley. Right across the street from a Gold's gym and easy access to San Tomas Expressway taking you to Santa Row or Downtown Campbell in minutes! The roof deck terraces offer a great place to take in some sun and be with friends and family.

I was burglarized four separate times when I lived there over 3 years. The first time, our mountain bikes were stolen. The 2nd, the windows in our cars were smashed and the mgmt asked us not to tell our alarm our neighbors. The third time, my wifes car was actually stolen from the garage including 3 of my surf boards. We received a call from the police and we recovered most of the equipment. The 4th time I had two surfboards in the garage that was gated and they were stolen. The apartment had sub standard appliances and everything broke.The building is small and I do not recognize most of the reviews and awesome it is the property company. Great place if you have shatterproof windows and do not mind cabinets falling apart.
