I was not sure what to do when I my dad passed and was confused how to proceed with his home . I met with Ambar and she was very knowledgeable and respectful of my decisions. She was not pushy or aggressive .
I eventually decided to sell the residence and hire Ambar. The whole process was stressful and frustrating, but Ambar always answered her phone and responded timely.
It’s not Ambar’s fault the market is struggling right now and that’s what my biggest issue . I had to settle for 15 k less the asking price.
Again, this is not Ambar’s fault . I can say that I blame the appraiser who needs to go back to get educated!!
