Ambati took over a small apartment complex in Fresno when the property sold. Of course, I was worried about how it would be managed. They went to work immediately and updated the property with some much needed safety measures. In less than a month, a pool fence was installed, fire extinguishers were added around the complex, sidewalks were marked and additional fire alerts were placed inside units. It eased my worries and is so nice to see a property management company take care of items before being asked, or worse before an accident happens.

My own experience was great. BeeJay was very helpful during my search for homes and was very quick to answer my questions. The smoothest, most positive and anxiety-free application process I've ever experienced. I have anxiety and usually when I apply to apartments, I'm freaking out. It feels like I'm being interrogated by the FBI. But not with BeeJay. She approved me quickly and has been so kind. I will be renting my first house next month and I'm so happy! I am looking forward to a positive landlord/tenant relationship with Ambati Properties.

Edit after move out; This was also the only landlord that was fair about my security deposit. I usually expect to lose it all with no receipt because that's my usual experience. I got most of my deposit back and I appreciated their honesty.
