My wife and I have completed two sales with Amber Melenudo and wanted to make sure that other people looking for the BEST real estate agent in Santa Cruz County know that Amber is the one they want to work with.

Right off the bat what made working with Amber different is the fact that she (Amber herself) answered the phone when we called.

When you hire Amber, you get to work with her. You do not have an assistant telling you what is going on, or newly licensed agents there in her place. Your experience will be so much better when you are working with Amber, because you are her client and her priority.  We had previously been working with a "team" and the head agent shows up to the listing appointment and then you just get passed along to whoever from that point on.

Don't get me wrong, Amber does have a "team" that she works with, but these are the very best stager, photographers and contractors that are available immediately to make sure your home looks its very best. And Amber knows her stuff! With a family background in construction, Amber will help you decide what you need to do to get your home looking top notch without telling you that you basically need to change everything. Her contractors were amazing, and very reasonably priced.

Amber has excellent communication skills, both in conversation and email to explain the process, what steps are happening when and also makes sure you never feel like you have uncertainties or unanswered questions. I have heard her speaking with the other agents as well, and she is a true professional, making sure that everyone feels respected and works together to achieve the end goal.

When purchasing a home using Amber, you will be pleasantly surprised with how easy she makes this happen for you.  You don't end up getting burnt out because you offer time and time again only to miss out.  Amber knows how to structure your offer to protect you as the buyer, yet make it super attractive to the sellers. Amber also has excellent relationships with the other agents in our county, and they want to work with her because they know how she handles her business.

We are so happy that we decided to work with Amber. She cares about her clients, wants to get to know you and your family, and is there for you every step of the way.

My family and I first met Amber at an open house and immediately had an incredible connection with her. We knew we wanted to use her in our house hunt.

Once we decided on the house we wanted to make an offer on, Amber was with us every step of the way and more. She was in constant communication with me and answered so many questions and concerns that we had almost immediately. She was always on top of everything and if she didn't know the answer to our questions, she sure found out the answer quickly and got right back to us.

Since we are first time home buyers, Amber offered to go over the buyers contract with us in full detail. We have two very young children so she came over to our home which was much more convenient for us than going to her office. She spent over two hours with us going over the entire contract, definitions, answered all our novice questions and just made us feel more than 100% comfortable with what we were signing.

Even after we closed escrow and received the keys to our new home, she has been in touch with us ensuring that we are comfortable and answering additional questions that we have.
