I used to work with a property manager that I later on found out he was stealing money from my monthly rents for leaks and repairs that did not happen. It got so bad that the tenant got a hold of my number and called to complain why I refused to fix anything. I could not believe what the tenants were telling me so I went to the property and saw that the condition was so bad from this property manager’s neglect that the base of the upstair kitchen cabinet was deteriorated from water leakage and damaged the ceiling on the level below. I got fed up with his lies and scams when he refused to show me receipts so I fired him and found Ambiance Real Estate through a friend’s referral. Jason and Karen were very transparent and straightforward with anything that needs to be done. They took over the property management and even fixed the relationship with my tenants. When there were repairs, they always gave reasonable options and always mailed me the receipts. Eventually I decided to sell this property and one other through Ambiance and that went great as well. Highly recommend them for any real estate needs. Honest and friendly agents are very hard to find.
