Jaankey Patel was our broker in selling our two assisted living facilities and the business last year.
She is very professional, knows the industry very well and was tremendous helpful , tenacious and ready to assist in each and all aspects of selling process. My wife and I bought our very own RCFE 2 years ago. Jaankey Patel was the seller's broker. After meeting with Jaankey , we immediately felt comfortable and decided not to hire a broker to represent us and trusted Jaankey to be our dual agent. DO NOT USE!!! AMED WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR BOT NOT WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. Misrepresented as a dual agent the qualifications of a potential tenant, got his fat commission check, and then was of no use at all when the lawsuits started flying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN, LIVE A BETTER LIFE

Total Fraud.DON'T USE.. Tricked with two contracts,false information regarding license, got us in to legal troubles, and worst of all raised rent two thousand dollars before signing because he knew he hooked me.Bait and switch trick.
