We rented a home through Julie for a about a year and a half. Though our relationship with the property owner was adversarial at best, Julie was fair and communicative throughout. We would totally rent through her again in the future as she was always reasonable and easy to deal with.

Agent, Julie, is flighty and unresponsive. We rented a pit of a house from her, sight unseen, as we were moving from out of state. Photos of the backyard must have been taken with a fisheye lens. No screens were present on windows upon move in. This was discussed with Julie, and she said they would be replaced. They were never replaced, and we were charged for them upon move out. The agreed upon security deposit reimbursement was only partially returned to us and now Julie is unresponsive to all emails. Apparently, she used part of our deposit to pay the landlord’s water bill for the month after we moved out.
I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a nice house and a professional agent.

My recent encounter with Julie left me utterly dismayed and frustrated. From start to finish, their services were nothing short of disastrous. I can honestly say that this has been the worst booking experience I've ever had.

To begin with, Julie forgot to send us the correct code for the door of our location. I don't understand how you forget to send your clients the information needed to access the property. (At least leave a key hidden somewhere in case of emergency)

Once we arrived and realized we were stranded and it felt like they were left to our own as Julie could not be reached at all... Absolutely no regard for transparency or customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, her customer service was abysmal. When we attempted to reach out for help with our booking, her replies were long and far apart. Julie was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving our concerns. It was clear that she had no intention of providing any reimbursement. It was evident that Amera Property Management hadn't bothered to vet their employees properly, leaving us to deal with the consequences of their negligence.

Overall, my experience with Julie and Amera Property Management was an absolute nightmare. From their archaic website, customer service and irresponsible employees, they managed to create a booking experience that was truly horrendous. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere and avoid the headache and disappointment that I endured.
