Mark Redis was a fantastic, trustworthy and kind property manager for us for over 18 years. He accurately communicated issues or actively handled smaller pop-up projects as our contract allowed. We were even overseas for the majority of our time working with him and NEVER had any hiccups. The property was always rented and when it came time to sell, Mark advised properly on all the steps to get the house on the market and sold exactly on our timeline! We could not be more pleased with Mark’s service, attention to detail and dedication over the years!

I rented an apartment through American Dream Real Estate in Mount Vernon WA. Mark Redis found me what I was looking for in my price range. The property was beautifully maintained inside and out. He and his staff was always very courteous and helpful. I lived there with no issues for 3 years. Would I rent from them again? Most definately.
