If I could I would give them a big fat 0! I sent them photos of the broken side glass of the cooler/display case for bakery, the type of model, the brand that we purchased it from, with the model number and measurements. They had all the info ahead of time via email. They sent two guys to come and do “diagnostics” for about 5 minutes ( they just measured the broken glass) they charged $299 for that 5 minutes then they never showed up again. I called them and they said that the glass was on back order for 2-3 months!! When i asked them why they did not inquire about the glass before they came in to take the measurements ( even though i sent it to them) they replied and said “ it was not their responsibility or job to do that”
Never hire them, they are scammers!

Do not use this company. They charged me $250 fee to find the problem for broken refrigerator and freezer. They said it was due to a dirty compressor. Once they cleaned it the issue wasn't resolved and charged me another $700. Worst company ever, worst customer service ever from Priscilla. Rude and basically just tries to take more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Called to try to get a machine serviced, after being on hold for about 15 took down my info and hung up on me. No explanation or nothing. I was just trying to help a co worker out... I can't imagine what people who need their machine serviced must go through to get emergency repair in a timely professional manner through this company.

They are absolutely horrible. I have spoken with their receptionist about 6 times on different days for the last 3 weeks. They take the information down but never a call back. No idea how they stay in business
