These are Slumlords. They do not keep up with Texas property codes. And fail to uphold their landlord duties! Black mold growth. Never repaired water damages into their apartment units even through several communications attempts and still expect payment for substandard hazardous living environment full of black mold due to their negligence.

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in, I paid to leave early and the apartments stated we left due to "financial problems" no we left because the place is terrible. Now they want to charge us $2000+ in fees like they really couldn't think of anything to charge us for so it's "$10 to clean the ceiling fan" that fan never worked... I will be breaking down each item on that list because there is no way. There is also a unauthorized dog fee, which we paid a deposit for a dog and a cat , there was no unauthorized dog... I suggest the management find better ways to make up for the lost money and inability to maintain residents. Currently looking into who this issue will be bubbled up to if I don't get my concerns addressed. That bill should be for trash removal and nothing else. They are acting like the apartment was trashed when it was not. I will go to the city about this complex and maybe even the news. Especially after spending 2 weeks without AC in August and only boiling hot water and now they expect the residents to be the ones to pay for everything ? I will pull every tooth before giving any money to this establishment.

They stole $1,250 dollars from us. We put a deposit on a townhouse, the place should have been condemned; when we saw all the roaches we decided it was unsuitable. They kept deposit and refused to refund. Scam artist

Worst company to manage a property. The phone lines do not even connect to anyone. No ability to keep property managers. We are on the brink of filing a lawsuit/class action against this company AND the property they manage for inhumane conditions. I’ve previously called the city 2x already about them and the apartments

Woods on Lamonte is a horrible community:
The units are in bad condition, maintenance is horrible. The staff doesn't follow up and doesn't show they care. They charge for monthly service that are inconsistent. My roof has been leaking since I first moved in, my lease is about to expire, and they still haven't fixed it.

If there was a - star rating I would leave that. Avoid their mismanaged, unmaintained properities at all costs. The folks that work for them in their front offices are just Pons. They have no REAL TAA training or property management understanding at all. Like most slumlords in Texas it's just money. Not about the quality of life for the residents. It doesn't matter to them if you pay on time or not or if you have stayed and renewed several times or not; you are going to get crapped on! And the lie about the water bills being $35-$98 is a flat LIE! Try $140 - $200 on top of the RENT. Not transparent, not flexible, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The Worst Management Company Every , I hope they loose all their contracts, They are liars and they take pride in messing over single Mommies, They try to steal as much as possible. I WILL NOT STOP until Justice Prevail on my behalf!!!! God is watching !!! I will not pay what I don’t owe !! I have Integrity and I will only pay what I owe !!!!! Justice will Prevail!
