I recently worked with Stacey while considering a condo that AHC had listed for rent. She was super responsive to texts, flexible and accomodating with scheduling a tour (and then an additional one for us to take measurements!), and very warm and friendly. We ended up not taking the condo due to the layout, and were hugely disappointed that we couldn't continue working with her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AHC to anyone looking for a rental. In a world full of impersonal and unreliable property management companies, AHC is a gem. Keep it up, guys!

This place is typical East Side Clickish Snobbery. I was turned down on application for a measly $1500 rental home for having 1 negative mark on credit 5 years ago that was not even accurate. My wife had no negatives and we had combined income in 6 figures.

Tried to explain it to Agent Sue Morgan & Manager Mary Lund and they ignored me and hung-up. I suspect discrimination against Asians, Californians, alternative health, or anyone that does not fit in their fantasy view of the world as the whole thing felt strange and did not make sense. Very unreasonable, poor risk assessment in the "Great Recession" environment.

At the least they should be upfront about their perspective to not waste time and your application fee which was more money down the drain.
