I wish there were more stars as five isn't enough to reflect how happy we are with the job that Amy did in selling our folks' house. Before we listed it, we assumed that it would take many months, perhaps a year or two, to sell this particular property. Amy told us that it could very well take that long. We were pleasantly surprised when we had a cash offer in hand only two months after it was listed.
We went back and forth for a few days to finalize the deal and closed about two weeks later. We could not be happier with the job that Amy did for us.
