Where do I begin?! From the very first consultation phone call, Anastasia and I naturally clicked. She relayed a genuine desire to help my family and I reach our dream of owning a home. She took the time to explain all the intimidating home-buying lingo and and was able to answer all my initial questions. I knew she was the one for us after that first conversation!

Right away, she put me in contact with one of the lending advisors she works with to receive the financial guidance needed to begin looking for a certain price range. She listened to all the details my family and I required and desired our first home to have. When the time came to go looking at homes, she greatly surprised my husband and I with how meticulously the day was planned! She had put together a full itinerary with homes she felt would be a great fit for us.

On our third weekend of viewing homes, we knew we had found the one! I was initially discouraged because it was a new construction home, and my husband and I assumed it would have been out of financial reach for us to purchase. Anastasia stayed positive the entire time, spent hours with us that day reviewing the pros and cons in extensive detail with us. She even prayed with and for us as we stood outside the model home.

We ended up signing paperwork the very next weekend, when the property was literally nothing but dirt! Throughout the next few months, Anastasia was present and willing to help navigate the tedious process of loan approval, gave tips for what to expect at the design center, and answered our million questions at all hours of the day (and night, literally). After construction was complete, she came with us to the home inspections to make sure all things were in order and up to our standards.

Six months our first phone conversation, we closed on our newly constructed home just a few days before Christmas! Anastasia was there from beginning to end with nothing but genuine positivity and love radiating from within. Her ability to relate to us in ways we were unable to relate to the other realtors I had previously spoken with, still blows my mind. She exceeded every single expectation we had and will scream from the mountaintop how satisfied we are with her professionalism and kindness.
