Eric Smith is hands down one of the best landlords I have ever rented from. He's honest, professional, down to earth, he really cares about his renters and his community. I rented from Eric during and after the pandemic, he was a fantastic landlord through the entire process .. always attentive and a phone call away. His rental was beautiful ... immaculate .. fresh paint .. new carpet .. the fixtures were amazing ! Modern and easy to pair with my personal decor. I was looking to eventually buy a home from Eric but ended up in Sacramento. You cant go wrong with this guy, ! Best in the Business !
