First and foremost, I was given a clear warning how bad of a Property Management they are. Beyond unprofessional staff, all they wanna do is to get an application from you and when it comes to getting updates, it’s like pulling teeth. They just suddenly disappear. In addition as a Property Management, you have a clear understanding what ownership is looking for before you run someone’s credit They ran our credit for no reason and keep in mind credit score in the 800 and they suddenly took off the listing from online and we had to get on the phone., Trying to get a hold of them to see what had happened And again, no answer then after a few days, getting a text message saying ownership has decided to go with another potential tenant So why would you run someone’s credit when you know this tenant might not be the ideal tenant. This individual that had given me the warning how bad of a Property Management they are. They were so right, but I had given the benefit of the doubt. Please be careful when you work with this Property Management and make sure you are a chosen one before they run a credit

I had a truly disappointing experience with ABC Property Management, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Grady, Brent, and Trey were by far the most irresponsible individuals I’ve ever had to deal with in property management. Their lack of care and professionalism was evident in every interaction we had with them. It felt as though they treated their work as an afterthought, making the entire process of living here incredibly frustrating.

The property itself, located on Oceanview, was poorly managed, with issues never getting resolved on time, if at all. We were literally counting down the days to move out and be free of this ordeal. The owner, Brent, was especially rude and dismissive, making it clear that he had no interest in addressing our concerns or improving the quality of service.

If you’re considering renting from ABC Property Management, I’d advise you to think twice. Our experience here was one we’d rather forget.

ABC property Management has been the best experience I’ve ever had in helping me find a home and in looking after my home needs. They were accommodating, informative, and I really felt looked after as an individual in the searching process. I’ve lived in my home they set me up with for a few months now and it’s been everything I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone to use their management services.

I have never written a negative review before but I feel obligated to write one for this company. In my experience, ABC Property Management is unprofessional and unethical.

I lived in one of their managed units for over four years.

In the last two years, I dealt with a gardener who threatened me and a woman (or her illegal sub-renter) who set her unit on fire.

No amount of emails or pictures that I submitted had any effect.

The gardener was running an illegal commercial business out of a garage with multiple trucks coming in and out. He was not a resident. His actions were in violation of city ordinances. I sent emails and pictures of his actions over the course of 15 months. Instead of removing him, they informed him of the pictures and I was accosted but him and one of his workers. I was told by the management company that they couldn't do anything because the owner wanted the gardener there. I later met the owner a couple of weeks before moving out and he had no idea what was going on. He wasn't happy about the business being conducted by gardener.

I informed the management company that one tenant had a history of setting fires. They ignored my warning and later she or her illegal sub-renter set the unit on fire. A new tenant two doors over was nine months pregnant and about to give birth and she was scared.

Another tenant (next door) was so scared by the fire that she couldn't move. I had order her to grab my hand and come out with me.

She and her husband were forced out of their place due to smoke damage. They claim that the management company illegally locked them out. I'm told they got a lawyer and sued.

I finally got Brent, the management company owner on the phone after trying for over a year, only to be rudely talked down to and told I should just be grateful that there is rent control.

I found out that the bully gardener and the crazy fire starter woman were both related to staff at the property management company. It's presumably why they weren't dealt with in a timely manner. The nepotism and unprofessionalism placed good tenants in harm's way. I have tons in pictures and correspondence to back up these claims.

This property management service was in charge of handling Thud Music studio's needs. As a property management service I would think having property insurance would be smart for my clients. Guess not. Thud studio's gate malfunctioned & closed on my car. Anderson Ballard management asked sketchy and then gave me fake insurance information. They didn't even have a policy!
