Purchasing a home is not only a huge investment, but also a tedious task in itself with tours, walk throughs, listings, and locations in finding your dream home. Andrew puts all that at ease with his patience, professionalism and personability. Andrew is there to make sure all you are asking for is in the paperwork and representing you so there are no surprises. When I found my dream home I put the deposit of $20,000 down, but sad to say with the rising interest rates during that time i was really going to be struggling to make the mortgage. When I pulled out they were not going to give me my deposit back which was upsetting, but Andrew was able to bat for me and did not let up until I got my deposit back. That itself was a huge victory!
