Andrew Herrera is the king of real estate in San Francisco (especially west of Twin Peaks). If he's willing to represent you & your property, go with him! I was a difficult client as I came to him late in the year, my home needed upgrades, I was trying to engineer a difficult move, and the house next-door was being sold concurrently by another agent! On top of that I scrutinized all work done & every aspect of the sales process. I think other agents would've become flustered but Andrew never lost focus and managed the situation brilliantly; He would hold 2 open houses a week, led all negotiations and oversaw a first-class team of professionals who handled the specialized sub-tasks of renovation, staging, photography/videography, documentation, inspections, and escrow. Whenever I called or messaged Andrew, I always received a fast response and he called me after each open house & other significant event to give a detailed update. In the final analysis, the house sold a few weeks after being listed & well above our asking (a perfectly chosen amount based on substantial research). I can't be any happier or recommend Andrew strongly enough!!

In short, Andrew is a 10-star who essentially sold our property in 1 day. Andrew's merit is not simply listing our property and waits for offers. From strategically deciding the listing price, to meticulously preparing/staging the property and tactically positioning the open house, Andrew handles every detail with a thoroughly thought-out process to maximize the exposure, and to cultivate the best possible offers. This is how everything comes into place so smoothly for us. I do not see why I would use anyone else for my next transaction.
