Anita has been our go-to real estate professional since 2016. She helped us find our first home, then upgrade when we outgrew it; she found my dad a home he loved in a retirement community, and helped us sell it when he passed. Anita is approachable, friendly, and so knowledgeable. She can work within any price point and is familiar with all the details of purchasing or selling a home. She has a knack for seeing the potential in homes that may need a little extra love, and frequently goes above and beyond for her clients. Our family is so grateful to Anita for her help in selling our parents’ home. We had just lost dad and were moving mom to live with us. We were feeling overwhelmed. Anita was so helpful with letting us know how to prep for photos and showing. She gave us an accurate idea of how much to ask in order to make a quick sale, and was willing to work with the HOA to find the right buyer. Through this difficult time, she made this process seem manageable and not at all overwhelming.
