Anna Little is the absolute worst agent. Unprofessional and lacks common communication skills. She has made it very clearly that she doesn’t care about you and all she does care about is making a fast sell regardless how you feel about the situation. She will pressure you into doing a price that works for her (priced cheap for fast sale). She will go as far as telling you to get an rv to place your son in it because he works nights and it would be more convenient for her to show the house. She will also and time of photo change your home by placing any items anywhere she would like to find what you own. She didn’t tell me this nor did she put anything back. She didn’t tell it with suck disregard that even a new bottle of laundry soap wash placed in a cabinet on its side without checking the cap, it emptied itself in the cabinet and all over the floor. She laughed about it and brushed it off stating that the photos turned out great. When I told her I wasn’t happy with her she didn’t apologize. When I then brought up she was unprofessional she then added her owner and boss to a group text. When I asked for an apology she told me no because she didn’t apologize nothing wrong. She then canceled my listing without saying anything to me but I guess sent a text to my ex wife letting her know. Just more unprofessional behavior from her and her office. Since she replied and didn’t like that I was my right to leave a review I’m going to add to it then. At no point did I ever tell her I was going to ruin her career. Matter of fact I never told her I was even going to leave a review. I actually told her boss and co-owner that I was going to leave a review based on how they handled things. At no point through any of this was Anna sorry for how she handle any of it. So much that she even made a facebook post about how she had a weird day and that she offended two men that day. She can go on and on trying to make it out like I’m the bad person in this. Simple fact is that I and my exwife were the customer. We hired Anna thinking that should would help her a sell our house for as much as possible when in fact she continued to push for a price that was below our appraisal. Anna only cared about what was best for her. Since all of this happened I’ve spoken to a lot of people that have had the same issues with either her or her office, so much so one person told me they have a pending lawsuit against her office. I’m not her to ruin anything for Anna , I’m just here to share my story so other people can make an informed decision before doing business with her or her office. As far as attacking on multiple platforms, I’ve simple left the same review on google as well as Zillow which is my right to do so. Perhaps in the months we were doing business with her she could have made things right, her manager/owner also should have stepped in to have a conversation but instead he just made threats against me. I’ll come back to add screen shots of the conversation to show I didn’t just make any of this up.

Anna has a great reputation, and I personally experienced why! She went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house as well as the purchase of our new home. She will do everything she can to ensure a seamless and clear process while selling and buying.

She has great style and made our home look beautiful for the sale photos. She went out of her way to help clean up our home after a windstorm and was not afraid to get her hands dirty to make it photo ready. She pre-planned with me and took the time to stage each room for the photographer.

She advocated for me as a buyer in a professional and respectful manner. I could always count out Anna to answer all my questions and help me understand all the steps of the process. This was our 2nd home sale and 4th purchase, and Anna was by far the best realtor I have worked with. Others made the process feel very transactional but with Anna it was personal, fun and I know she really cared to make it the best experience for us.

Anna is not afraid of hard work. She is knowledgeable, bold and a great listener. I am sure I asked too many questions, but Anna never made me feel like a burden. She was happy to do research and was very thorough in helping me understand what was coming next in the process.

I will work with Anna again for our next purchase when the time comes and will recommend her to everyone!
