From Virginia McGee: Nicolette, Landon and Daniel are the amazing dream Team” that worked tirelessly to help me sell my house. They disassembled and moved heavy furniture up and down stairs in the tri-level house, they organized the storage garage, and carried heavy bundles and furniture curbside for pick up by the waste disposal company. They helped stage part of the house and disassembled the staging when the house was sold. This was done in addition to showing the house to prospective buyers in a professional and charming manner. Their unconditional support made this process much easier for me and I am very, very, very grateful.

Unfortunately, we lost our father this past fall who had lived in the home for over 30+ years raising his five children who have all grown and moved away from the area for quite some time. There was no reason for any of his beneficiaries to keep the home and we all decided to sell.
I cannot tell you how pleasant and easy Anthony and Michelle made this process for our family. First they assessed the home and understood the intention of the family. Made recommendations on what areas of improvements would provide the best value and opportunity to sell. They made us feel confident in their guidance and consult, very communicative through the process, diplomatic, responsive when action needed to be taken with the utmost professionalism throughout the whole process. At one point, we felt that it was time to lower the price and Anthony recommended we hold the price and find the correct buyer rather than sell at a lower price. We listened and followed his consult and to our surprise not only did he find the correct buyer, he was able to close in 30 days without a hiccup above asking price. This has been the most pleasant buy/sell transaction we’ve ever experienced.! Anthony and Michelle most definitely have a finger on the pulse of the area and know what they are doing!
