Let me start off by saying being a first time home buyer is a stressful time. That is why having an amazing realtor is an important factor when looking for your first home. My fiancé and I started to look at homes online, this is when we met with Faith to look at a couple houses. She was professional & answered all our questions promptly. After putting an offer in on a house she immediately started the paperwork right after we made our decision. During the process she walked us through what our bank was requesting from us, kept us up to date, always stayed positive, and her boss was available to step in when needed. Our bank put us in a situation that we almost didn't get our first home, however Faith and her boss fought on our behalf. Overall we highly recommend going through this company and having nothing but gratitude that we were able to work with Faith in accomplishing our dream of home ownership. Absolutely recommend. Our realtor Faith was amazing. We were moving from Utah to the Ashland area. Neither one of us have visited the area before and we’re moving because of a job opportunity. There was NOTHING to rent in the area so we had to buy a house. We choose this company because they had the best reviews in the area. This was also our fort home we bought so we were very anxious about that and having to buy sight unseen. Faith helped us through all of our anxieties and was really good connection for us to make in the area.
