I've been leasing from Apex property for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. They are always quick to respond. In fact, I just had an issue with my water heater this weekend. A holiday weekend. They responded within 24 hours and had somebody out to my house and the problem fixed within the same day on a holiday weekend. Lauren has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend Apex property to anyone

Never answer the phone or returned messages. Seems like they are in the buisness of collecting application fees from as people even after selecting a renter.
