We found Justin's channel on YouTube as my wife and I were planning our move from Louisiana to Alaska. We ended up in the Anchorage area instead of Fairbanks and Justin connected us with Cody Phillips w/ Real Estate Professionals AK. Both were awesome to work with. Justin was great to work with. His knowledge of Fairbanks and the Interior of Alaska helped make the transition up here smoother than the AlCan Highway. The most significant obstacle we faced in a real estate journey was finding someone that we can trust, is personable, and being available.
We got in contact with Apex realty through YouTube TV when my fiancé was searching for realtors in Fairbanks.
Selling a home in Fairbanks with winter coming is very stressful as you don’t like your house to sit on the market in the middle of winter where it could be 30-40 below.
My concerns of selling the house were completely transformed upon meeting Justin and sitting down with him and letting me know the plan of selling the house.
Knowing that I would be leaving the state and not being there to sell the house, it was extremely important to have Justin’s assistance in order for the house to be sold.
If you’re considering selling your home, I would say that Apex Realty (Justin) would be a great choice to sell your home. He exceeded our expectations from the start to finish and tmade the overall real estate experience seamless.
Having a video and narrative of the home when it was posted for sale was invaluable. It really showed how nice the property was and I definitely think it helped sell the property.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin Heminger, he was absolutely fantastic in finding me my first piece of property in Fairbanks ak. I had the patience I aspire to have we look at multiple properties. he even drove to properties and took pictures and videos for me because I live in Tennessee and couldn’t travel to the properties. You cannot ask for a better agent than Diane Louie!!
My wife and I recently finished closing a cabin purchase with Diane at Apex Realty and we cannot give Diane enough praise. She was always incredibly responsive, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. Our purchase was pretty rocky due to some lender issues and having to switch loan programs due to an appraisal and Diane was with us every step of the way. Diane cared about my wife and I as people she was 1000% on our team throughout the entire process and never gave up.
