I had to wait one week for the owners of the property to approve the air conditioner to be fixed. Once they approved the work it took another 2 weeks for the hvac company to do repairs. I have 3 kids and all this was happening in the middle of a heatwave. I was not aware but they also made my wife sign a waiver about the presence of mold being in the property and how we wouldn’t be able to break the lease or be liable for any damages to the tenants because of mold.

We enjoyed our experience renting a unit through APG properties. They were easy to contact if we had questions. The online portal was so convenient to pay rent and to submit repair requests. Let me say again being able to pay online makes your life so much easier and that isn’t something we had been offered before. So that was very nice. Staff was always friendly. We were a tenant with them for over 2 years and I would recommend them and their properties.

We interviewed two companies for our property management needs: the "big guys" and APG. The big guys sent a sales rep; APG sent an owner!

Not only was Dan immediately more personable, but he told me the truth right up front. I knew exactly what kind of work we'd potentially need to do to get a renter in our place. Dan shared his and his team's story and I knew right away that I could trust him managing our property.

Phil is also very professional and quick to respond to email. Really great guys!

Worst rental application process ever! This place is a scam. All they did was email back a copy of our credit report with a background check. I had to call them constantly, they lack communication and lie. Our previous landlords and current employers said they NEVER received an email or call to confirm information as Pau had said. The "owners" renting the property didn't even provide a reason why 1 month later our application was denied. $100 for both my spouse and I, scammed and drained. Thank you for the awful service and lack of communication, with a whole lot of lies!

We are newly weds, this is our first apartment and so far we love it. APG Properties staff and owner are fair, and promptly respond to any request we might have. We can pay out rent online, which is very helpful for us! We do not have to go to the bank to deposit our rent like in our old place. The neighbors are wonderful, the community is peaceful, and even though parking is limited we make it work. My husband and I are very happy here, but when it's our time to leave, we are definitely going to recommend this place to family and friends.

I feel like they discriminate and racially profile. I applied for a property and had to reach out to them to get the status of my application their response was "the owner denied the application and didn't give a reason why" I worked for an property management company and we were always given a reason why they denied the application. My credit score is great, been on my job 7 years, and make a pretty good amount of money. 3 times the rent actually, so what was the reason? Considering the house has been on the market for rent for over 2 months
