Not only does she keep excellent financial records, inspect the properties and deal with violations, she handles conflict in a way that makes everyone feel heard and understood. She seeks the best solution in a positive supportive manner and capably resolves problems as they arise. We are blessed to have her!

I’ve had a fantastic experience renting with APMS realty the last 3 years, particularly with Doug Geib. The unit I rented was recommend to me by friends that had also had great experiences with him, so I gave it a shot. From 6am Christmas Eve plumbing emergencies to sillier requests, Doug was always quick to respond and address the issue. APMS cares about its tenants, and that’s made ever more apparent through Doug.

I have to say this is the best realty company I have ever dealt with. June, who handles rentals is just absolutely amazing. She has kept me informed on every single thing that has been going on. She always lets me know what’s happening with maintenance, or anything that involves someone coming out. Her upbeat personality just makes it so much easier for me when I reach out to her for help. With the board's permission, she independently found another insurance carrier providing comparable coverage to our previous carrier, with a savings of approximately $10,000 annually,

Greetings from redwood lakes.
The back of my property backs up to community owned and maintained wetlands. In the 20 years i've been here, it has slowly began to grow and encroach on my back property line.
In a conversation (maintenance request) with the good folks watching to association, I was able to get the landscaping crew to come by and tame the growing beast.
They came in force, i think seven strong?, and made quick work of the much needed trimming. And now it looks fantastic once again.
I have to give all the credit to Liz McCammon. She took the time to meet with me and discuss this request in person. We talked about it, walked the area together, and shared ideas on how best to approach this. A week and a day (i think?) later, and it was done.
Thank you so very very much to Liz and her team. I am truly grateful for the personal care and attention, I can't express my thanks enough.
More than anything, It's so nice to feel like a homeowner rather than just a name on a piece of paper.

stars, I would. We live in a brand new neighborhood and this company took over our HOA and made all these ridiculous changes that none of the residents want. Upped the HOA from $75 to $125/month FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXTRA! We live in an active construction zone with no finish-by date. Summer Cruz has no idea how to work WITH people and is only in this business to scam people. She refuses to listen to resident concerns, makes up outrageous claims about neighbors, and is honestly just a nasty person. Stay as far away from anything APMS touches and wait for the litigation to take the company down completely.
