I had not purchased a home in over 20 years. I was concerned about the complexity of buying a new home and selling my current one but April helped me establish a plan and execute it. She put me in contact with a great lender to get pre-qualified. She helped me declutter, stage and get my home ready to sell. My house went under contract (with back up offers) the first weekend it went live. There was only one neighborhood I was interested in but it was hot and houses were going under contract as fast as they listed. Getting a house under contract with me needing to sell my current home seemed impossible but April was creative. She stayed on top of new listings and worked all hours to find houses in my budget and looked for owners who wanted to sell in the future but had not put their home on the market. She was always willing to show me houses and we actually had fun and made memories. Once I found my home she immediately put in the offer and negotiated a great counter offer. She got me a great deal, made sure all necessary repairs were handled and all inspections were done without delay - all I had to do was pack. I was so impressed with the knowledge she had and how she took care of everything. She had me ready to close on my home in two weeks! She coordinated the timeline and closings for both houses to happen back to back and moving from one home to the other was easier than expected.
