We are renting a house through Arbella. Our Realtor was great getting us in. She was knowledgeable and answered any questions we’ve had. Anytime we needed something looked at maintenance is sent out in a very reasonable amount of time. Every employee we’ve interacted with was excellent. I highly recommend Arbella Properties to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home.

Due to life changes it became important for me to move several hundred miles from where I was living to be near family in the Tri-Cities area. I absolutely hit the jackpot when George was recommended to me as a Realtor. I was not able to travel back and forth to tour homes. Homes that interested me were selling within days (if not hours) of going on the market. A relative of mine and George would tour homes that I was interested in (with me on live video). We looked at so many homes. I was shocked (in a good way) at how professional and honest George was with his thoughts on the houses. My relative and I always agreed with his input. After about 4 months of house hunting with George we finally found the perfect home. I made and offer without ever walking in the house. It was accepted and we closed quickly. When I finally had the chance to make a trip to the Tri Cities area to see the house it was more than perfect! Folks, if you need a Realtor in the Tri Cities area you will not be disappointed by selecting George Coates as your Realtor. He is professional, informative, thoughtful, courteous, honest and works 100% for YOU!!! He is always available and answers his phone or replies quickly to texts. If I ever need to sell/buy again I won't use anyone other than George. He is an absolute treasure. I am so grateful for him.
