This has been an amazing experience. I felt so seen and understood/respected on the walk through.. had someone in touch with me through out the entire process. the apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL one of the nicest I did a walk through on... and they worked with my housing I'd recommend them 100000%%

After living here for 1 year, I have only great things to say. Christy has been a pleasure to work with throughout our stay, making sure that we were always kept in the loop with maintenance and any questions I had she was very quick to answer them. I had multiple issues with my bank when paying rent, and she made sure nothing would be late when I was trying to figure that out. Joseph was also great when showing us the apartment, covering all bases and questions. I highly recommend these apartments, they are always quiet and there’s not a lot of kids running around. They are also much better quality than many other apartments, no cheap feeling countertops or appliances. Would give more stars if I could.

Living at Arbor Crest Apartments has been a pleasure! This definitely has been a Great first time experience living the apartment life.
I honestly thought it was going to be horrible living the compact/stackable life. In fact, it turned out to the complete opposite, the neighbors have been friendly and considerate. The exterior of the apartment area is well maintained weekly.
Another great quality about the apartment complex is the Property Manager, Joseph Feith. He is definetly the best! Communication skills are SUPERB! He is very quick and responsive to emails. He takes the time to respond and to follow up on matters/issues that may occur.
A couple downfalls, would be that they’re is no small gym or sauna available to the tenants.
Other than that, when others ask about where I live, I am definitely quick to let them know that though there may not be those named amenities like other places… it would and should be a place to consider because of the great management and maintenance of the complex!

Arbor Crest is without a doubt the best apartments available in Lacey. Good location, ample parking, but most importanly to me a fantastic staff. Joe will bend over backwards to help with any concern you have. He's gone out of his way more than once to show he values his relationship with tenants and is always there when you need anything at all.

Was locked out of my apartment on a saturday, Ali bartlett helped and made sure me and my pregnant girlfriend got back into the apartment by doing everything she could, even as much to take the bus to our complex herself and open our door. We are very thankful for such a helpful member. Thank you again ali
