Very unresponsive, never actually talk to a real person. If you do get a reply it’s through a text message and it might take days or weeks.. very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. Also we dealt with Kerry and was a horrible experience! I don’t know how she is even employed at this point.

EDIT: Yes we applied to a home but you said you would let us a know about a decision the following day.. you decided not to even contact us anymore. Very unprofessional it’s the least you could have done considering we had a newborn and needed to find housing for my fiancés job by a certain date. We found a house and a great landlord and we are glad it wasn’t through you or the property management. Hope you get better at your job because it seems like you need lots of work!

Horrible experience. This company completely lacks professionalism. They refused to answer emails, calls, and texts from our realtor and then refused to answer texts and calls from us as well. Specifically, Kerry and Nicole were completely unresponsive. We were told we would be approved to rent a townhome if we submitted an additional application that they would reimburse the cost of. We never got the $50 back and never heard from them about renting the property. Almost feels like a scam… Would not recommend this property management group to anyone.

kerry is amazing. i once had a tenant who was a squatter and gave me a hassle. she not only got the tenant out but also replaced with good reliable ones. Definitely a company you want to build a relationship with.

Really bad experience with this company. As an owner, I needed to be involved with all my building's emergencies and issues at all times because they wouldn't respond to tenants or me as an owner at all. Emergencies are to be dealt with immediately, however, they feel they are the ones choosing what's an emergency or not, and completely disregard the tenant's or owner's needs, and therefore they choose to ignore all attempts of communication when trying to reach them.

If you want to be handsfree and ensure that your tenants are taken care off, your best bet is to hire someone else. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
