The Martins and before them, the Fields, DBA ARFA Property Management have been consistently and meticulously looking after our development for the past 50 years, since it was built. They treat the entire development with great care as if it was their own. I am sure this is due to their utmost professionalism as well as deep experience as contractors. They "speak the language" whenever any contractor steps onto the property to deliver services to the common areas or an individual unit, and function as the defacto GC with consistent and well-communicated (to the contractor) expertise so that we, the unit owners, are assured of getting the work completed as expected. In all projects and activities, both major and minor, this same level of quality is delivered. I hope they will continue to find this line of work both challenging and fulfilling so that I can continue to have great peace of mind as a mostly-absentee unit owner.
