The whole process on buying a car from them remotely out of town was very seamless and easy to do. Jeff the sales person was very accommodating, transparent, and clear throughout the entire process. I’m not sure why the negative reviews paint a different picture but my experience has been very positive. Communication was clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. Vehicle Was in very good shape when I picked it up. They were also very accommodating to work with me on a pick up date. I would highly recommend them as a source for business or service vehicle purchases. Thank you Jeff for being so accommodating and helpful throughout the process.

Absolute worst vehicle purchase experience ever. Bought a dump truck for almost $30,000. Spent another $30k+ to get it repaired and safe. Stupid me, I trusted the sales person and didn't have it inspected. Don't believe their lies. They do NOT service their vehicles and the do NOT make sure that they are in perfect running condition. Just take a look at the junkyard in back. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Totally take advantage of people. We bought a box truck from them for our moving company. It has been in the repair shop more days than we’ve been able to use it! Air breaks, pump, Engine, transmission etc ….. within the first year!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your business elsewhere!!

I bought a truck for my business code 3 Junk Removal and have nothing but good things to say. Jeff in sales was great to work with as well as nick in the service department. I took it in for a yearly inspection recently and basically said fix whatever needs fixed. They called two days later and said its fine, nothing needs addressed and only 85 bux for the bumper to bumper inspection. An honest company!!!

Excellent customer service, Jon was excellent i got the truck in under a week and a half delivered to los angeles , Marylyn is your guy for getting your trucks delivered wherever you are in the states just ask for him. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

Purchased this truck and had it delivered on 11/20/19.The delivery driver even made note on the delivery paperwork that the gauges were not working properly and these was a problem with the brake fluid. it has been Nothing but problems! the BluDef sensor had to be replaced and costs $1700 to repair. we also found a hole on the roof of the cab that was covered by duct tape. we just discovered the hole on 1/3/2020 because you can only see it if you get on the flat bed and approach the cab!!! i expect arizona commercial truck to fix both of these Issues ASAP!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Bought a used truck from them a month ago, and have only put 4000 miles on it. They were suppost to have serviced it before we bought it. We ran that truck for three days, and it broke down. 3200.00 repair bill for things that arizona commercial truck center didnt fix during their "service". They refuse to pay any of the repairs for an unhappy customer who has a 21 truck fleet. They will never be getting any of our business again.
