I am new in town and moved in the Arrow apartment. FYI, Management company have changed last week and Kanela who is now on charge to take over the leasing office as a point of contact, She is willing to help and flexible for my moving. She does process my moving seamlessly and fast despite of new role for a week only. I am very impressed about her work and appreciated very much when she shorten the waiting period for moving in. Happy for my choice at the Arrow apartment.

I recently moved into Arrow (with the new management team), and although I had to deal with an unfortunate situation regarding my unit having a balcony; which I confirmed with 3 members of the previous management team, it did not. The new manager Kanela, leasing consultant Kate, and maintenance manager Nik, made every step of the process easy and stress-free! Happy to call Arrow my new home!

Extremely disappointed with Arrow and Thrive Communities during my move out period and incidents leading up to it.

On May 10th I was attacked by two of my neighbors dogs. They ran off of the leash down the stairs and one bit me when I was just trying to walk to my car. I informed management immediately following and had proper police and animal control reports sent. The best they could do was “get back to me Monday and sorry about that”. Both of those dogs were allowed to stay on the property for weeks after the incident with no repercussions. I was bit by a Belgian Malinois or German Shepard type dog and the other that charged behind it was a Doberman which is a restricted breed. Very unsure of the thought process for not immediately having those animals removed after that sort of behavior. I had to go to the ER since the dog punctured 3 times and drew blood on the back of my leg. Completely unacceptable behavior in a place that houses families with children.

I am also very disappointed in their decision to charge me a move out fee for vacating a few days early for my safety. It makes no difference that I left that Friday instead of leaving the following Monday. Of course I received the “we will review the situation” email that never had any follow up. I was also double charged for rent and kept receiving emails demanding me to pay even though I provided proof of payment. This took weeks after move out to resolve.

To say the least just very disappointed. Thrive and Arrow.. you can do better.

AVOID, FIND A BETTER PLACE TO CALL HOME.

My wife and I lived here for 1 year and were the first to live in the apartment that we rented. It was a terrible experience.
Everything seemed to break extremely quickly, which notes a low quality of build. We had to place tickets with maintenance so often that we gave him a going away card when he left to another property. What broke you may ask? Here's a list:
- The main weird window in the living room never sat right into the window itself, the maintenance guy drimmel'd a hole into the window itself to try to fix it, it was never really fixed. We used tap to stop the cold air from getting in.
- The dishwasher broke 3 seperate times.
- The counters were too close to the stove, and the oven door had trouble closing. This was never fixed even after being commented on by property management twice.
- The floor started to come up, they had to have the original people come out and completely redo the floor in the second bedroom.
- The handle on the refrigerator door broke about 4 times, it uses a thin plastic piece from handle to door, and breaks easily.
- The electricity in the apartment itself needed work. The second bedrooms electricity would just go out. They called over contractors and they said there's nothing wrong it with and said I need to look at replacing my own cabling. Two things about that, firstly, I did that and the issue still occurred Also, I am a network engineer and some of my work requires basic electrical work. So I got some wire testers and tested my wires, all fine. They said it was touch to ground, so I spoke to the folks I work with who handle our electrical side of the data center, and they said if there's no issue with my wiring, that means the wiring in the walls is crossed. I brought this up to apartment management and they told me I was wrong. Even though I have NEVER had that issue before in my life with the same equipment...right. After I've left, I use the same equipment in similar configurations, and do not have electrical problems. I am sure this is an issue that will never be solved there.

Before leaving, they sent us a renewal offer that had about a 20 dollar rent increase. HOWEVER, the current rent for our place was 400 dollars cheaper than we were paying. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? This is a ripoff.

Now, when it finally came time for us to move out, we got billed for our entire deposit which had "carpet cleaning services" and there's not a fiber of carpet in the entire apartment and we left the place very clean.

This is an apartment complex that went up in record time, uses cheap materials and is overall a mediocre place to live. For the money they charged us we could have lived elsewhere for cheaper and likely had a much better experience.

To add a bit of insult to injury, when we moved out we requested a walk through because of the amount of issues that we had. The person whom was supposed to conduct this walk through left work early. No one called and told us this, so when we got there we were told that we wasted a 20 minute drive.

I'm sure the leasing office will give some response of "I'm sorry you had a bad experience, please call us to discuss." Let me pre-emptively counter that with, my name is on this review, you have that information you can call me to discuss it, or for the people who pay you their hard earned money every month, do better.

Since moving here in the middle of July I’ve had about 5 repairs needed. The windows are not secure. My bathroom door wouldn’t shut. & the bottom of my kitchen sink started leaking tons of water. I’ve needed more repairs here than at my old place. if you move here you will have your apartment inspected a ridiculous amount of times. This is very inconvenient when you have pets.

The move was quick and easy. I came into the office and told them what I was looking for and in 3 weeks I was in my new apartment. I would recommend them 10/10.

Words can’t describe how satisfied I am with this place. It’s gorgeous in AND out and the location is as peaceful and safe as it looks! Lots of fun outdoorsy things to go around the area. On top of this, I’ve never have met leasing managers that are as welcoming and easy to communicate. The place seems like it’s built with good quality materials and provides great appliances. Highly recommend!
