Rather pricy for a "lower rent" senior apartment. If the rent keeps going up more than the rate of inflation, in a couple of years I may not be able to afford living there. There are many great residents and get-to-gethers. Upkeep is moderately good. Smoking ban in apartments is not enforced very well, and cigarette smoke goes into non-smokers' apartments. Bed bugs have been a continuing problem. Crime in the area is somewhat high. There is a continuing problem with unhoused individuals living in their vehicles parked near the property. But the apartment complex has bus service in easy walking distance, which is a plus. Many friendly residents there.

CJ and Giselle were incredibly helpful when helping my Mom get her application and required paperwork completed. They were patient and understanding, and worked with us, however needed, until she was approved and in her new home. We couldn't have done it without them! My Mom is now settled and happy. Great place for Mom! Nikki was a delight and really helped us out. GG was also wonderful and detail oriented. It does take a month for all the paperwork, but we understand they are doing their due diligence. Nice facilities and a sense of community. Highly recommend

Arrowhead Gardens is one of the most beautiful facilities I have seen in a long time. If anyone maybe looking for a safe location for their senior member I suggest Arrowhead Gardens. They also offer many activities which keeps their residents physically and emotionally healthy

My Apartment is very small and needs to have more storage space but I am in the Courtyard and am able to grow plants outdoor during the summer. There are many issues in general structurally though out the complex.The air conditioning units in all the public gathering areas are broken and several of them have been broken for at least two years. This is clearly false advertising as the ads state that the public indoor areas are all air conditioned.
