I love this place! I’m a FTR and this is my second time going through an agency. The last place was about 19 years ago and it wasn’t a great experience so I had been renting from the landlord directly.
At APR, Everyone in the office is always friendly, professional and respectful, they greet me by meme when I walk in. There are multiple ways to pay your rent. They’re typically quick to respond when/if I need to contact them regarding an issue with the property (which is almost never). I have recommended APR to friends who are looking for long term rentals. I appreciate that they allowed us an hour to look at the property with our family by ourselves, we didn’t feel like they were trying to hide anything from us by following us around and redirecting us elsewhere. I can’t express enough how great this place is and how amazing the people are!!

What out for this place. They will lie about damage that was preexisting and blame it on you so they can keep your security deposit. Take before and after pictures so that if you need to sue them you will have proof to support your claim. They have also paid a service to go in and remove their bad reviews because they had so many. That alone should tell you something. Look at other reviews from Yelp and the Better Business Bureau, stay away from this place.

Seamless vacation rental experience! We so enjoyed our visit to Lake Arrowhead! The staff enabled us to rent a wonderful home and were eager to assist. This rental agency has been in Lake Arrowhead for almost 4 decades and understands the mountain community. We used them to house my in-laws for our wedding and they were so easy to work with. Reasonable prices, no hidden fees and easily accessible. I wouldnt rent a property from anyone else in Lake Arrowhead.
