My wife and I have been living here for almost a year now and love it! Shay at the leasing office is amazing and quick to respond and very helpful! We recently needed to move to a bigger unit and Shay and the leasing team were able to make it a quick and painless process! And I mean quick! lol Maintenance is also very quick to respond to maintenance request and usually have the work done in less than 24hrs after request is submitted! If you are looking for a luxury, safe, and update apartment in a great location, I highly recommend Artesia!

I’ve been living here for 14 months, and my experience has been excellent. The apartment is comfortable, well-designed, and has quality finishes. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The maintenance team responds quickly when needed, and the common areas pool, gym, parking.are always in great condition.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to Stores , Supermarkets , restaurants, The atmosphere is perfect for both families and individuals looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the area.

We have lived here since Artesia opened in 2020. We have experienced multiple property management companies and have had some issues over the years. Except this one - it has been an easy decision to renew-the-lease experience. I can say that Shay has been the BEST at helping to resolve any issues and she is proactive to help others get the best experience from living here. Even the little things like getting those pesky Amazon shipments left outside to the right apartment - Shay rocks!

I moved to Artesia Dec 20th & I've always wanted to move to Alpharetta. The move was great and Shay was so helpful with all of the questions I had! The location is great and I love that it is right across from the Halcyon. The apartments are very nice and I have not had any issues since moving in.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY: horrible dog owners, leasing office is nearly nonexistent, I don’t believe there’s actually a property manager onsite (ive been here almost a year and “she” will respond to reviews but somehow is unable to respond to phone calls or emails and I have never actually seen her in the office), they mixed up my private information with another tenants including social security info as well as other sensitive information (lawsuit material), I am approaching my year end lease and they sent me a renewal with a 24% increase OVER $300 more a month when I was paying less than that to live in the city of Atlanta… management company doesn’t seem to have actual employees either as I have reached out via phone and email several times and got 0 response. No security, doors always broken, oh and a woman sped so quickly out of the parking garage she crashed her car into a median WHERE RESIDENTS WALK THEIR DOGS, and she somehow is still able to live here. There is only one person I ever see in the office and that is Karla, who seems to know absolutely nothing about her job or the property or even care at all. Aggressive dogs attacking other dogs? Not a problem for Karla! But she’ll ask you for $300 extra a month after not even a year living here and dealing with an incompetent and horrible leasing office. There are other apts in the area for 13-1400 that probably have active leasing offices and some type of management.

There are very aggressive dogs here despite the lease prohibiting aggressive breeds such as pit bulls and Rottweilers. Unfortunately a lot of the ones that live here have not been properly socialized. The leasing office needs to enforce the lease as it’s a matter of extreme liability and potential physical danger to other residents and dogs

In response to leasing office comment:

It’s not complicated and in need of me calling you, just enforce the leasing agreement! If you see dogs that are banned on property then you investigate and get the resident to comply. You have no trouble enforcing other aspects of the lease like say making sure that tenants pay rent on time lolol. If you need direction to banned dog breeds see number 9 under animal addendum in the lease that you make residents sign. Sorry for the sarcasm but you kind of set yourself up for it.

These are the best apartments! Their Floorplans have great layouts to create a more spacious overall view. Artesia also has the most in outside viewing options: wooded, street, pool, or courtyard views. Parking deck for vehicles in case you're wondering. And Artesia has a _lot_ of high scale amenities....a pool table as well as a movie theater are just a couple that the higher priced apts doesn't even have. Whether you're chilling by the pool or taking in the serenity of the courtyard laying in one of the hammocks, there are plenty of places to socialize or relax. Come fall, you'll find me around the firepit. Just say I sent you! Come take a tour! You won't be disappointed.
