One of the worst property management companies I’ve had to deal with. Terrible customer service with no call backs or return emails. From my understanding, it’s a “family run” business with incompetent property managers who have a lack of concern for their tenants. Complained about a flooded sidewalk last year due to clogged drainage system by email, phone calls and maintenance requests through their app portal and NOTHING has been resolved. If your HOA or apartment complex is managed by AMC, RUN THE OTHER WAY.

I pay $324/month to be ignored via email, over the phone, and in person by both the office staff and the HOA president. I’m sure you’re thinking “they must have reason to avoid you,” but my requests are mostly simple and are undeniably Association Management Concepts’ legal responsibility. If they do ever address a work order, they’ll be sure to make the situation infinitely worse before they resume ignoring you.

Please find the attached photos of when I advised of a severe leak in my laundry room that had caused a hole in the ceiling. After weeks of ignoring my repeated requests, they finally showed up and patched the hole in the ceiling… without addressing the leak, causing water to shoot out of every orifice; they then proudly stated their repair was complete. You truly can’t make this stuff up 🤷🏻‍♀️

This organization is terrible. No one returns your emails at all after multiple attempts. I've done exactly what they asked of me and no response for over 94 days which is just ridiculous. In the past I have asked about a pool key because I didn't get one from the previous owner and was told it would be 100.00 to get a new one. I'm pretty sure to get a copy of a key it's not 100.00 to go to home Depot or Walmart. The gardening company that they hired just blows leaves into your front door. So disappointed in this company.

This is the worst place I've seen ever terrible customer service, and the woman working in front desk is very rude. She doesn't even try to help you or ask about your issue; she needs to have a positive attitude, understand her job, and learn how to interact with customers.zero zero rating

If I could leave them 0 stars I would! They never answer or return any of your emails. If you have an emergency they send the worst vendors amd take months to get to you. So what’s the point of paying a monthly fee if they’re never available when you need them.

The shadiest business practice I've ever experienced with property management. I had a number of charges that had appeared because when the payment portal changed, my details did not transfer to their site. They said they sent mail but the only letter I got was for late payments. Finally got late payments resolved and went back to paying monthly, but then I see that they were still charging for RV parking, which is insane. Not only do I not own an RV, I never intend to. They were charging me not once, but TWICE a month for it. I just emailed them about it, and the representative Amanda said "I do not see any charges, I don't know what you're looking at." How rude and condescending is that?! I log back in and sure enough, the charges are suddenly gone. I had JUST looked at them, and I had two separate charges of $20, both for September, saying RV STORAGE. They try to gaslight me and tell me it was never there? Absolutely abysmal. I cannot trust a word they say. They will apparently charge you extra as much as possible

They don’t answer the phone. They need to reorganize this HOA to include somebody who is accountable for talking to those who pay them. By the way somebody steals the mail at my complex the type of problem that I’m sure dues payers would like worked on but again there was nobody there to talk to dues payers. I have bigger problems though than the guy who has the skeleton key to the mailboxes, but yeah all I can do is try to play phone tag with them. Are these staff members not getting paid? Pick up the phone.
