They have always been very attentive and and responsive when I had concerns or needed a repair, and policies are fair and clear. I've been renting my house out through Asurent for 6 years and am happy we chose them. I moved to Northern Oregon for work and rented out my house on my own to a "friend" who couldn't make all his monthly payments and left my house trashed. After having to drive 4.5 hours a few times to clean up and fix problems, we decided we didn't have time to manage our house on our own. We interviewed with a few property management companies and, Asurent was the only company that seemed like they cared about their reputation and providing the services they offer. We setup a profile as to whom we'd like to rent our house and being on our second tenant in six years, the house has been well taken care of. I'm just getting around to writing this review, because it's been going great and we haven't had to worry about anything, other than when an appliance goes out, but even then, they have options available for you, so it can be taken care of as you see fit. Great company and great people.

Lisa at Asurent Property Management is AMAZING!!! If you are looking for somebody you can trust with managing your rental, I can think of no other person better suited than Lisa. She is very well educated on the laws to protect property owners from ridiculous claims against them from tenants. The laws are constantly changing, and are very difficulty to understand, and that's where she really shines. Her knowledge of the ever changing laws alone are reason enough to seek her expertise. But she is also a very pleasant and energetic person to be around. She not only manages long term rentals, but short term ones as well.

Rick from Asurent is awesome. This is my 6th year using Asurent and Rick always takes the lead and helps me get my home rented. He comes by and takes fresh pictures and a video and loads them onto their website. Rick helped me get my place rented in less than a month to the first folks who came to look at my place. I know I can count on Rick and the Asurent team to screen prospective tenants and help with any issues that come up during the rental period.
