I scheduled a viewing of an apartment and confirmed the reservation through their reservation form. I sent them an email to confirm and also called the day before because they did not respond. I inquired with the person I spoke to about how I could inform them of my arrival. They advised me to simply call their number. This morning, I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and called them. I received their voicemail and left a voicemail informing them of my arrival. In addition, I sent them an email. However, they never showed up. Their reliability is extremely poor. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Have x5 income to rent ratio? Don’t bother applying if you don’t have a credit score being a newcomer. They will sweet talk you during your tour and then waste a week of your time being unprofessional validating your application. All that is to just reject you because you don’t have credit score, which I was very open about from the very beginning. Owners signing up with them won’t find a good tenant because they are lazy and only look into 2 metrics - credit score and rental references in the US.

I was working with Louis Melo to resolve an issue with a neighboring tenant. Louis, Atlantis Properties, is the manager of this property.
His communication was terrible. His attention to the issue was more than frustrating and his advice to me was unprofessional.
I have a property manager for my own property and I can say for certainty that this same issue would have been handled by them quickly and professionally.
I would not refer anyone to Altantis Properties for your management company. 👎

Absolutely positive experience with this company. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!
I was renting from them for 3 years.
They were quick to respond to any requests I had. My emails were always answered the same day seems like within an hour or two and all calls were returned promptly. In fact when you call them, they always answer the phone.
Toby, their property manager, was always so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I so much appreciate him.

I wish I could rent from them again!
Whoever wrote few bad reviews about Atlantis are probably not nice people themselves.

After residing in my apartment at 1272 Poplar Ave, APT C for the past two years and 4 months, I find myself terminating my lease and moving out due to ongoing issues with my neighbors in APT D. Their behavior has been consistently inconsiderate and disruptive, culminating in a situation that has left me feeling deeply unsettled and unsafe in my own apartment.

One of the primary concerns revolves around the placement of a mobile home/RV right outside my apartment door. This vehicle has become a hub for strangers, many of whom do not speak English, to loiter and sleep in. The presence of unfamiliar individuals, often men, loitering around my residence at all hours has significantly heightened my sense of insecurity.

Despite my best efforts to address these concerns with the management of Atlantis Properties and even reaching out to Sunnyvale Law Enforcement, the situation has not improved. While the authorities acknowledge the severity of the issue, their hands seem tied, offering little in the way of a solution beyond advising me to relocate.

Furthermore, I've taken the initiative to reach out to the property owner, urging them to take action. However, it appears that no meaningful steps have been taken to address the deteriorating conditions of the property. The constant loud maintenance noise, car engine revving (with exhaust filling my apartment), broken garage door, scattered trash and tools, discarded packages and boards, non-functional vehicles, and even a chicken coop litter the premises, creating an environment that is not only unsightly but also poses a risk to the safety and well-being of tenants.

Leaving behind my home of two years is a decision I do not take lightly. However, my paramount concern is the safety and security of myself. It is disheartening to witness the neglect of community standards in what should be a desirable neighborhood like Ponderosa Park in Sunnyvale, California. Despite my efforts to uphold these standards, I find myself unable to continue residing in a place where my well-being is compromised and where the property owner enables such behavior.

In light of these circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to vacate the premises promptly. While it pains me to leave behind this property, my priority now is to find a living situation where I feel secure and respected. While I understand the individual in APT D is a maintenance vendor of Atlantis Properties, I sincerely hope that this situation prompts the property owner to reevaluate their management practices and take proactive measures to uphold the standards of our community because the continuing silence towards it is shameful.

I am renting a house for $7,599 per month, and the washer is over 30 years old. After using it once, my clothes came out disgusting. They still claim it is functioning and refuse to replace it.

We have rented a home with lots of plumbing problems. I must say we have had to have clean up crews and plumbers out four times, always on a Sunday and even Thanksgiving.In every event, Atlantis has been very quick to respond and treated us with respect and concern.
I notified them of rodents in the attic and they had pest control out in two days.
I would refer anyone to this property management.
