Had a great experience renting with Atlas Property group and more specifically had a great experience with our Property Manager Danny. If you are planing on renting with Atlas he is the best point of contact. Danny was always quick to help my unit with any issues we were having and he’s professional. Overall it was a good experience and I’d recommend reaching out to him if you are apartment searching in the San Francisco area.

First time in San Francisco.
And It was a great pleasure and experience for me and my family. being able to live in this place. Everything is good and clean, people is very nice and friendly, very respectful and good manners.
management very professional and prompt service to any issues you may have in the unit, which is really appreciate it.
The complex is very close to downtown San Francisco, government buildings, food stores, places to hang out, like bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and many more amenities.
In the building roof, they have an area where you can have some small gathering with friends or family members. Wonderful view and breeze, very enjoyable and very cozy environment. walking my kids to school or around the neighborhood, it was always nice and secure. Nobody bothering you.
I can assure you that we are definitely going to miss this place and if for any reason, I have to come back to work in San Francisco, this will be my place to live again. Very much recommended.

I found a great building managed by Atlas Property Group and was able to sign a lease just 2 hours after touring the unit! The property manager, Pranisa, has been great to work with. I am used to having to call property management companies and having to deal with a different person every time and not knowing if you are even getting the correct answer, it’s always frustrating. But now working with Pranisa, I can just text her with a question and she responds quickly and has always been very nice and helpful. When I am looking for a new place in the future, I will be sure to check with Pranisa for any other properties she manages cause she has been great and I can’t recommend her enough!

The management staff go above & beyond to help the tenants. In particularly, Danny Liu has been very helpful since I’ve been living here. The maintenance staff keep the building clean & fix anything in short order. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Atlas Properties. It’s been great here.

Been a resident for a year. The property management office is never reachable, including by phone or directly going to the office. Maintainer request, missing package (many of them get stolen and no on ever checks) takes 3 weeks to a month to even talk to someone, and even then it won’t be solved. This is a property management that is as good as nothing.

My husband and I rented a studio at 345 6th Street and we were more than happy with our choice! Community is new and modern, all utilities are available on site, laundry and dryer room, stunning views from the rooftop with fireplace and sitting area. Thanks to our amazing manager Daniel Rodriguez, move in and out was super easy and comfortable. Proximity to the UCSF Mission Bay Campus and CalTrain station made it easy to commute to work; grocery stores and downtown are also within walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely consider for my next stay in San Francisco!

The facilities are top notch, the view from my sliding glass door to the balcony was beautiful. The building amenities include rooftop community area with firepits and plumbed gas grills. There’s another community room for games.

Mostly though, ease of access with keyless entry, app based rent payment and prompt property management response to any mechanical issues. The building is quite new though, so there were rarely any issues.

I highly recommend you consider these studios, and would still be living there if I hadn’t gotten a better half to share my life with me. It’s better for a single than for a couple.
