I have nothing but good things to say about Atrium management and especially Andrea Reyna! We’ve lived in our home for coming up on a year and she has made our renewal process so incredibly easy and enjoyable. Our experience has been pretty far good with them. We were going through some very awful situation with our old landlord and house. But then we saw this house in atrium management company and Kyle was showing us the house and we were explaining the situation. He was great he follow up with us. He helped us with the process. He always returned a call back, kept us update. He worked with us. Everyone at the office too. We just wanted to give a shout out to Kyle for everything and for helping us find our new home. Thank you

We recently moved to Lakeland and found a home with Atrium. We have only been in the house for about a month but so far everything has been great. Christina helped us with everything from signing the lease to making sure we had all our paperwork and keys upon arrival. The only complaint I have is that the house was not super clean upon move in. However, my husband messaged Christina and within an hour they had a housekeeper come over and clean the areas that needed it. We also submitted a request to have one of the toilets fixed because it wouldn't stop running and after the weekend, someone came and fixed it and we have not had an issue since. We also received a welcoming gift from them which was surprising but very thoughtful. As of now, they have been a great company to work with.

Kyle was able to help me moved from a different unit under the same company even though it was a bit difficult. He answered all my questions and helped me as much as he could . He was awesome to work with !!

This company is only okay. They've been slacking off in their duties. Several broke down vehicles on the property. They're not supposed to be here. They will not get them off the property. They were supposed to clean up this property when they took over. This is low income property and "sometimes",
they are treating us as such.
But, as far as getting repairs done inside your apartment, they are very good at that.

Awful first impression. Confirmed tour twice and stephen called me to confirm and I called back. No one answered. But hey I confirmed twice right? Still not enough. No one showed up. They missed out!

Don’t waste your time! I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company for the past couple weeks and nobody will call me back. I’ve scheduled viewing to see the inside of the property several times and nobody will confirm them. I’ve emailed, texted, left phone messages and left messages with the office personnel twice. I have an excellent rental history, employment history, income, etc. I guess they don’t want to rent this property out. At this point, I’m glad I know how unprofessional this company is before signing a lease with them!

Finding a new home can be extremely stressful but Atrium took all the stress away with seamless, professional, friendly, and fast customer service! I worked the most with Kristina and she was an absolute pleasure! Very informative, friendly and responsive, she helped guide us through the entire process. We found our dream home in a matter of about a week. We feel extremely lucky to have come across such a great group! I could not recommend them more!
