My experience with Atwell has been nothing short of delightful. The community is breathtakingly beautiful, with a harmony of nature and architecture that offers a serene and peaceful environment. The well-maintained roads, public spaces, and houses showcase a high standard of community living.

The sales team is exemplary, exhibiting a level of professionalism and warmth that's rarely seen together. Honestly... This Location is Spectacular!! Tri Pointe has really Maximized the Absolutely Beautiful Mountain View from the North and South East. The detail of this main walkway really speaks to how well developed this master plan is. Take a stroll through the center and soak up the sounds and views. From a small lake, walking trails, but my favorite is the cascading river. An Absolute Gem!!!!

Can't go wrong here. Do yourself a favor and come check life out here in Atwell. Cheers and GOD Bless!!

It is imperative to exercise extreme caution when interacting with this builder. Hiring an independent inspector is highly recommended. I am currently entangled in the escrow process and striving to terminate the contract due to the builder's blatant negligence, which they attempted to conceal. The experience has been thoroughly disappointing. I’ve loss security and comfort in what was to be my NEW home as I was told a mistake made “cost too much time and money to fix properly because Tripointe is a production company.” The builder is presently attempting to retain my deposit and force me to either purchase the property or forfeit $45,000. In the event of a legal dispute, the contract specifies that the buyer is responsible for paying legal fees, even if the builder is at fault. The contract provides the seller with comprehensive protection against various forms of damages. The fact that the buyer desires the property and it has been removed from the market constitutes a loss for the seller, which is deducted from the buyer's deposit, as per the contract. Fortunately, I possess conclusive evidence of the builder's negligence.

Currently been living here for almost a year, HOA prices already going up after they said the won’t ever raise them up. I have alotttttttt of electrical issues I’ve had on my house since the final walk though of the house in November of last year that they haven’t gotten to even tho I been bugging and bugging and the electrician finally makes a appointment only to not show. Oh and your house is only under warranty for the first year! Everything in the house is made of cheap cheap quality. White paint has been yellow since day 1 and is only getting worse. Very huge problem with everyone in the neighborhood as I spoke with them

Atwell the great Atwell…Which yes is a beautiful place to live I know it is an HOA environment. And yes paperwork was signed stating I would complete necessary yard specifications or be fined, This is my first HOA experience so pardon me if I seem upset! On the backyard specifics it is very very expensive to complete in the time frame in which was given. I’m sure most homeowners were just happy that they were able to get into such a beautiful community. And the cost of that was plenty with the cost of housing being what it is. The fines that are put into effect are quite high, and with everything almost double or tripling in price. SOD/ PLANTS/ PATIO/ ROCK you get the picture. And yet I look around and see Awell still has projects in my neighborhood that have not been completed! and no excuse being that they are still building the homes that are here are all completed. So I think before you start sending your little mailers out, you need to start looking in your own backyard. Maybe whoever is above management needs to come out and look and make sure you’re doing your job. Instead of sitting behind your desk, pushing paperwork, having a Starbucks in the morning! If you’re going to ask something of us, I’m sure you should make sure that you’re doing your job! Or maybe us as homeowners need get together. And go speak to the ones who are truly in charge. Or maybe speak to a lawyer. To see what our rights are as homeowners. So before you come looking over my fence, look at yours make sure it’s set up correctly. Make sure their license and bonded. I hope whoever sees this is one that can get that ball in motion. Or fire the one that is playing instead of working.

The Armenities at Atwell are outstanding. Multiple pools, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking, picknick areas.... and Beautiful Homes.
