I have been in customer service for over 14 years. During that time, I have seen a lot of great service and I seen a lot of horrible service. Hands-down, the staff here at Augusta at the Fairways are what I would call world class service providers. I literally cannot overly state the amount of respect, care, availability, willingness to answer the phone at all hours in a day to answer questions, the prompt response to ALL my emails, not one email ignored, and lets NOT forget, their unwavering kindness delivered. I may not have purchased a castle in the literal sense, but I was treated as if I did. The professionalism, support and the kindness delivered from everyone from the front office all the way to the very end with the loan department and the home security system that’s offered with the HOA is absolutely incredible. With Tiffany, Adam, and Ryan in the office, your new home is just 45 days away. These three people are a power machine and they work very hard and work with class to bring you your new home as they did for me and my family. I am forever indebted to them for their amazing work that they pulled off to deliver me my new house.

Applied for a home. The sale representative here very helpful. It was the lender Ryan was no help at all. Very Unprofessional. I had to call him a few times to get a answer as to if we qualified or not. He was giving me the run around. I finally made my 3rd and last call. Asked what exactly what we qualified. He had all our # wrong.
He based us of a income what we didn’t apply with. He gave us a ball park qualification using his skills what his brain was telling him. Not what was on paper. He basically said we didn’t qualify. Didn’t go out of his way asking us if we had another income to provide. He was just not willing to help us get into a home.
Let me just tell you. We went somewhere outside of DR homes and over qualified what rayan gave me.
I feel as if we got robbed! It was our very first time applying for a home. He made the experience very uncomfortable. I was so upset that I trusted these ppl to run my credit. When I should of just went somewhere else! To use a lender who is willing to help & knowledgeable in the market. Don’t use Ryan! He really doesn’t know what he’s doing.
