I recently moved out and faced several issues in the complex. My heat went out in winter, and when I complained, the property manager said it "wasn't an emergency." It eventually got fixed. Later, my central air conditioning failed; despite reporting it in late April, it wasn't repaired until mid-August. They did let me rent a portable AC, but it wasn't very effective.

While the on-site staff were friendly, they had limitations due to corporate policies. They did resolve internet issues, which was a plus. However, I struggled with a cricket infestation. My neighbor didn't have the same problem, and when I raised the issue, I was told to "just deal with it."

Overall, the complex needs upgrades, especially for the rent they charge. There are no playgrounds for kids, leading them to play near cars or trash cans. It’s disappointing that many good neighbors left because of rent hikes.

I live here and I have for 10 years and I’m really curious as to where the sauna is ohhh and the dog park because some how all that escaped me the entire time I’ve been here and man it is so hard to get anything done here their excuse is always they don’t have anybody blah blah but supposedly 6 of the maintenance staff quit all the same day so hmmmm that could be the problem and seeing the photos of the apartments that actually had something done to them kinda makes me hate the one I’m in had the same fridge same old school cafeteria floor since I moved in took them forever to fix a leak just above the front door went on for so long back mold really took over most of the outlets don’t work and you can’t keep cool air or warm air in because everything leaks here not sure who gave the 4-5 ⭐️ but the office ppl are rarely here either so I’m assuming it’s a bot posting these good reviews ohhh and I couldn’t get a new stove until someone finally came in and seen that I had to keep the oven door shut with a chair

I haven’t had any problems, the rent with no washer dryer hookups and no dishwasher is higher then other nicer apartments in the area.

The reason I give them a 3, is because the price online is not the price they charge you. The prices are much higher. There's no ice maker, no dishwasher, no microwave and a back stoop, not large enough for a patio table. I feel that if I have to pay 1500.00 plus a month, for a 3 bedroom, at least give me something worth the money.
