Advanced and o Reilly’s are 10x better I went to return a part at auto zone and they gave me a stupid gift card. O-Reilly’s and advance lets you return no matter how long as long as it’s still new. And service isn’t the best. There’s certain people there that are helpful though.

Horrible experience. Bought a battery about a year ago. In the system they did not put it in but shows where the core was brought in. Tells my son they can’t warranty, yet since they didn’t put it in the system. Will not go there. Not our fault your worker did not put it in the system. $200+ and did not warrant it. Will not be back. Night manager tells my husband sorry it was a new worker but we can’t do anything about it.

I needed a battery trickle charger and they were great. My only problem is that I received a 5 dollar off coupon due to being a member. I didn't have my card because everyone can look my account up with name and/or number. I said I could pull the coupon up on my email and they denied it. They said I had to have my card for them to swipe. Yes they were able to pull up my info just not able to take the 5$ off. The people are really nice and they work with you. I just don't like the policy.

I am a 66 year old widow and have no one to help me with my Ford Windstar. You have some great employees at Auto Zone in Monroeville, Al.
Especially a young lady named, Abby, she jumped right in and helped me after replacing battery, and alternator. I had a fuse problem. She got the right fuses and even installed them for me. She was so polite. Please recognize her for being so helpful.

Jonny lett is the biggest lier and disrespectful employee in all of auto zone. I went for a return and no longer have the debit card or bank account that I originally made the purchase with. He said “ he ain’t gon do cash back and dat ain’t his problem white boy”
