Love the community and staff here. I just moved in here last month and it has been such a great experience. Michelle has been very helpful, from the initial tour to signing the lease and to post move-in, she tries to help out as much as she can - and I appreciate that she checks up me from time to time asking if everything has been okay!

The staff here keeps the hallways and community overall extremely clean and organized. Hard to find apartments these days with such a good system going on so it really stands out. Also shout out to Julian for explaining to me how everything in my apartment works when he came to fix my in-unit washer!

We just renewed our lease and love living here! Modern apartment units, clean gym, clean grills, and the rooftop pool feels like you’re at a resort.

Thank you to the cleaning staff for keeping the hallways and common areas really clean and thank you to the maintenance staff for responding to our work orders in a timely manner.

Shout out to our maintenance tech Julian! He’s always friendly and willing to answer my questions and educate me on things regarding the work order I put in for our unit.

I recently lived at Avalon Brea Place, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time there. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with well maintained grounds and lush greenery. The amenities are fantastic, including two large gyms to choose from, access to two rooftops, resort-style pools, and plenty of private spaces to work and study.

Megan, Viktoria, and Christian from the office were always very professional and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Julian from maintenance was quick to help with any issues, ensuring that everything in my apartment ran smoothly.

My apartment was peaceful, overlooking the trail with very minimal noise from neighboring units.

Unfortunately, I have to move due to a family emergency, but I want to emphasize that Avalon Brea Place is a community I would highly recommend.

I moved in 2.5 months ago. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There was a leak above my parking spot. The maintenance crew fixed it in a timely manner. And the office staff made accommodations for my car during the process. Thank you for taking care of your community!

I moved in a year ago and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve stayed at multiple complexes within this price range in three different states. Avalon Brea impressed me the most.

The community is vibrant with color and the amenities are well maintained. I use the pool and game room the most. There is a trail for biking/walks/morning runs. Parallel to the trail is the mall and various types of restaurants open all hours of the day. Right next to us is the department and grocery store. It can’t get any better than this.

Travel and transportation is a breeze with the nearby highway ramps and open streets. Being between LA/OC has made me available for better job opportunities.

I also love how my cars are parked indoors within the garage.

The unit is spacious and designed for better living. All necessities built in. The best part is how sound-proof I noticed these rooms to be.

The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any of my questions and maintenance requests. I have never had an issue with their service.

If you’re planning on moving here I only warn you that you might not want to leave.

I searched and toured many luxury apartments, NONE compare to Avalon! The grounds, maintenance, parking structure, pool area, the CLEANLINESS! Connie Lai, Sales Manager who replies in a timely manner, at times when she’s off! Connie always goes above and beyond. Love it here! I’m on my second year😊

Just moved into Avalon Brea and already love the maintenance team!!! They are so efficient and responded fast! I was able to encountered with Julian who was helping me with exhaust fan, he was professional and also very down to earth! Julian made me feel this new apartment is warm as a home already! I feel I can count on the maintenance team whenever I needed them! Thank you all!!

Love love Damian!!! Damian is so professional and so friendly, he fixed my lighting problems which had been bothering me for weeks!!! Also love his positive attitude!
