I just moved in to this Avalon community a few months ago after searching and comparing almost all apartment complexes in Camarillo. It has the perfect combination of everything one would want as far as 'livability'. The neighbors are friendly, outgoing and quiet for a large well kept complex.
The staff is wonderful. One In particular is Jared. He assisted me through the application process easily. A very personable fellow, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with just about every aspect of the community. Is usually available in the office when not walking around making sure all is good here. And he actually returns your emails and phone messages! In the same day!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by the maintenance team. They are always professional, prompt, and thorough in addressing any issues. Whether it’s a routine repair or an unexpected problem, they handle it with care and efficiency, making sure everything is in working order. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail never goes unnoticed. I truly appreciate the hard work they put in to keep the property well-maintained. We are just about a month into our residence here at Avalon Camarillo, and one thing that has stood out to me is how effective the maintenance department here is. Angel is professional, very knowledgeable, and just a cool dude. He gets whatever job we have thrown at him done efficiently, and the result is high quality. Thanks, Angel!

I’ve had a great experience with Avalon staff (Jared) community team as well as the maintenance staff (Angel). They have always been prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend renting here in Camarillo.

This apartment complex is so wonderful and clean. The 24hr gym is very nice and has updated equipment. Avalon really has a top tier team and they are always thinking of their residents. Special shoutout to Jared! He is a wonderful leasing agent and honestly his attentiveness and care is a big reason I picked Avalon as I had a couple other complex’s to choose from. Lucky I did, I’m so happy to be apart of this community! 🙂

A couple of weeks ago we were looking for a place to move and a friend suggested the Avalon Camarillo on Flynn. She said that the management was fantastic. I want to thank Jared for being so responsive especially during the holidays. He went above and beyond to help us with everything. Unfortunately, we didn’t go through with Avalon but my husband and I would highly recommend this community.

Checked out the apartments and the representatives were really helpful and nice. Everything was so clean and well taken care of, was able to talk to a maintenence guy name Angel who was nothing but professional and answered all my random questions regarding repair time estimates and how the expierence is. Great communication skills.
