I just moved into Avalon Campbell Apartments. Eileen helped with the moved in process. She is extremely helpful, kind and professional which goes a long way when you are moving which sometimes can be a stressful process. It is very quiet here also. We love it here.

We’ve been really encouraged by our time at Avalon apartments. Eileen, the property management team and maintenance team are ALL great! From quick responses to hosting community events, it’s clear they do what they can to personally support and get to know all the tenants.

Additionally, the maintenance team is VERY quick. We’ve only had a few items that needed maintenance help and their turn around time was less than 24 hours.

We have recently moved in to the Avalon Campbell Apartments. We love it here. It’s very quiet and the grounds and facilities are fantastic! It was great working with Orlando throughout the whole leasing process. He’s the best!!

We couldn't be happier! Moved up from Southern CA. The process of getting a place was beyond amazing - not only did we had Tiffany help us every step of the way but everything in the signup process was incredibly intuitive. Moving in was a delight - got to sit down with Tiffany who answered all our questions and we even had a nice thank you gift waiting for us when we got to our place, which was perfect, clean, and in excellent condition.

It's been almost 2 months since we've been here. Grounds are super clean, maintenance staff has been amazing to deal with (Max Sanchez - thank you!), and we absolutely love it here. Trash is taken out regularly, and the staff are super quick to help with any issue. Love the Resident App and the timeliness of responses. When we wanted to add a parking spot, Eileen Rodriguez was super patient, super helpful, and went above and beyond helping us out. This is a great place to call home. Not only are the apartments amazing but the staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to live.

Edit: We've now lived here over a year. Very happy! Eileen does wonderful work keeping everyone happy - she works hard! A big shout out to Martin Selgado - he's quickly resolved several of our maintenance requests - super nice guy, very friendly, and gets the work done in minutes. Excellent work - thank you!

Martin Salgado (service tech) was awesome and had our shower faucet fixed up in no time. He also has helped fix our dishwasher, washer, and AC in the last few months. His service has been impeccable. I also want to give a shout out to Eileen Rodriguez. Fantastic customer service and communication.

This community is ideal for those who commute via VTA or train, as it shares a wall with the nearest VTA station. However, this proximity can be a downside for anyone who enjoys keeping their doors and windows open, as the frequent train chimes can be disruptive. Additionally, a nearby highway contributes constant traffic noise. If you’re comfortable keeping your doors and windows closed, this could be a convenient and appealing place to live.

This morning I locked myself out on my patio. Normally there are lots of people about, but today an hour went by before a young woman appeared. I asked her to knock on my neighbors door and she did. My neighbor called the office but no one answered so she left a voicemail and set off to find help. Soon after one of our stellar maintenance men, Martin, came around for something unrelated He soon went into high gear and before long the whole maintenance team arrived, along with my sweet neighbor riding shotgun, and saved the day. There are a lot of nice things about living at Avalon Campbell, and the maintenance team here is top notch in every way. I’ve lived here for fifteen years in three different apartments and they never let you down. If they had more stars I’d give it to them!
