I’ve had a great experience living at Avalon Vista! The property is always well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. I want to give a special shoutout to Joseph—he is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. He goes out of his way to track down packages and ensure everything on the property looks great. I’ve even seen him taking the extra step to pick up trash and pet waste that some tenants leave behind, which truly shows his dedication. His hard work does not go unnoticed, and it’s employees like him who make Avalon Vista such a great place to live.

I lived at Avalon Vista for two years. The location near the highway is convenient and maintenance requests were handled promptly. However, our buildings are very close together, which compromises privacy when you open the blinds.
The real issue came during the move-out process. Despite a non-negotiable $400 rent increase, we decided to move to a different complex nearby. Interestingly our old unit was listed at our original price. We were charged for minor carpet discoloration $500 despite paying for additional cleaning services. Our attempts to dispute these charges were unsuccessful.
Overall, while living here was decent, the unfair and non-transparent move-out charges left a bad impression. I would not recommend this apartment to friends or family, as there are better options in the area.

Living at Avalon Vista has been nothing short of a great experience for my family and I. The community is quiet, the amenities are good, and the staff is fantastic. Specifically Joseph, who has always gone above and beyond to make our living here the best experience possible. He made our move in experience effortless and has always provided quick support with all of our questions.

I’ve lived here 5 months so far, and I really like living here. There are a few things that could improve, like some tenants letting their dogs pee right outside the garages. It smells pretty bad, and all you can smell when you open the garage door to go inside, is dog pee. That gets annoying after a while. Plus it’s really gross. Now to the positives. Joseph in the office is such a kind empathetic, and helpful person. He’s so nice, and really does go above and beyond. He always does whatever he can to help with your issues, and he wants to make sure that you’re happy. He really does make this community better! I would say that he’s the heart of this whole place. He’s always been so kind to me, and always listens, which I appreciate tremendously. Always welcomes you with a smile. The maintenance staff is also great! I’ve had Joel do some maintenance work, and he’s really nice and helpful. I’ve seen maintenance staff sweeping right outside my door/unit, which I thought was really amazing. I appreciate them all!

My husband and I moved to Avalon about 6 months ago. Joseph Drewer made the move-in process easy with great communication and a simple process to follow. You can tell he really cares about this community and the people that reside here. Maintenance request are easy to submit and handled promptly. We have enjoyed living here so far!

This complex is amazing! We have been content from the very first day when we stepped foot on site to complete a tour. We were welcomed in the office by Joseph who continually checks in on us here and ensures we are comfortable and continue to enjoy our stay. He checks in regularly, answers all my questions promptly, and goes above and beyond to create a sense of community here! All staff are friendly and professional and anything that needs to be fixed is done so promptly.

Beautiful place to live, I love it here, this is the first place my boyfriend and I have together, and it has just been such a wonderful experience, we adore the modern style buildings, also the gym is amazing, and pool too, the whole complex is always extremely clean and tidy at all times, moving here has been so very welcoming, we have met many of the neighbors & staff, specially at the gym in the mornings, that make the experience even more personalized and full of that home feeling, special shout out to Mina maintenance tech for her charm, and lovely vibes, always with a smile and a pleasant word every morning... everyone and everything about Avalon Vista is just so positive and fresh! And I fell so fortunate to call here home
